A day in the life. As our Senior Individual Medicare Advisor on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the growth of new enrollment within the Medicare unit. You will be responsible for developing leads into qualified opportunities, recommending solutions to meet the clients’ expectations, and managing client relationships. In addition, you will educate and help enroll our clients’ employees in the Medicare offerings best suited for them. These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing MMA’s value-added resources. A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate and convey our strategy to a diverse group of stakeholders, including local market CEOs, Sales Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Producers. You will also be responsible for assisting with developing internal best practices and processes, training and onboarding of new team members; all while demonstrating team leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Medicare related experience
  • Demonstrated sales successes and experience selling Medicare products
  • Highly motivated to generate and sell new business

  • Possess excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
