About The Position

The Regional Security Specialist (RSS) is a hands-on, client-facing operational leader responsible for managing day-to-day security operations at a single client location in Nashville. This role serves as the on-site security representative and primary liaison between the client and Securitas leadership. The RSS ensures operational excellence through supervisor development, policy enforcement, quality assurance, and strong client communication. This position requires sound judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3–5 years of experience in security operations or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Corporate or data center security experience preferred.
  • Military or law enforcement background preferred.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client security leadership.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with the National Account Manager and internal leadership.
  • Address client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee day-to-day embedded officer services at the site.
  • Supervise and develop site supervisors and security personnel.
  • Ensure proper scheduling, staffing coverage, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain current post orders, policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain working knowledge of electronic access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Monitor service quality and enforce policy adherence.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training to support operational readiness.
  • Track performance metrics and staffing indicators.
  • Uphold ethical standards and company policies at all times.
  • Assist with billing accuracy and invoice review.
  • Monitor staffing levels, overtime trends, and cost controls.
  • Support reporting requirements and documentation needs.
