About The Position

The Regional Security Operations Manager works to provide a safe and secure environment for occupants of Tower Health facilities and grounds by developing and supporting the strategic direction, operations, and effectiveness of the Security Department as directed by the System Director of Security. The Regional Security Operations Manager is responsible to manage and supervise the performance of assigned security officers and supervisors, and is responsible for the development, implementation and operational effectiveness of the security program at assigned Tower Health facilities. #STC

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
