Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must maintain valid CDL with air brake certification.
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Organization and time management skills required
- Must be able to life 20-50lbs
Responsibilities
- Assists in training of sales staff as deemed necessary by District Manager
- May complete review sheets on sales staff during ride alongs.
- Assists Management to ensure execution of “Pizza 101” program throughout assigned district or region
- Supports routes by providing coverage of sales staff within districts and/or region for time off as needed
- Completes planograms and resets for accounts as specified
- Develops new accounts and able to understand and fill in for every position within district.
- Directly manages retail accounts which included conducting monthly business reviews with customers
- Stride towards achieving sales and contribution goals
- May assist with creating planograms and resets within district as needed.
