The Regional Sales Manager – North Texas will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Consultants, and Property Owners throughout the North Texas market.Through both established and newly developed relationships, this individual will identify and influence projects across various stages of development within the Texas marketplace. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Distech Controls’ System Integrator partners and the Acuity Brands Lighting Agency network to strengthen existing partnerships while proactively generating new opportunities through lunch-and-learns, networking events, and targeted business development efforts. This role requires strong technical acumen, including the ability to support estimating efforts and confidently engage in discussions related to HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), IT infrastructure, fiber networks, and lighting controls.Primary Focus:Large-scale projects (1 million+ square feet) within the North Texas region. The mission is to position Distech Controls as the enabling technology platform that ensures buildings are future-ready and aligned with Acuity’s Tier 3 and Tier 4 solutions.
