About The Position

Summary: Responsible for driving total sales of assigned product segments and SKUs within a defined territory. This includes managing relationships with distribution partners and end users, executing strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with administrative and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory and product lines: Industrial MRO Products: LPS (Industrial MRO SKUs), Dykem (Industrial MRO SKUs), SCRUBS, Dymon, and Spray Nine. Metal Working: Rustlick and Accu-lube Distribution Partners Strategy: Develop and document a strategic plan to partner distributor locations to drive organic revenue growth. Execution: Provide product education and training. Participate in ride-alongs and business reviews. Exhibit at open houses and trade events. Collaborate with Marketing to create co-op programs that enhance brand visibility and engagement. End Users Strategy: Create and implement a growth plan for end-user accounts within the territory. Execution: Identify product conversion opportunities. Coordinate product trials and demonstrations. Negotiate commercial terms as needed. Administrative & Reporting Communicate financial results, strategic plans, and other key updates as required. Utilize SalesForce (SFDC) for all documentation, including: All Sales Activities including meetings, emails, phone calls Pipeline Management: Track and update all leads and opportunities to meet funnel goals. Contract Management: Ensure compliance with approval processes. SPA Management: Submit Special Pricing Agreements promptly for evaluation. Customer Back Innovation (CBI): Document opportunities and collaboration with Product Management and R D. Sales Campaigns: Enter required data for campaigns and initiatives. Complete additional reports or requests from the sales management team. Customer Back Innovation Engage with customers to identify and document innovation opportunities. Ensure proper evaluation of all potential CBI initiatives. Account Management Coordinate and communicate on open orders, shipping, and accounts receivable to maintain complete account oversight. Other Duties Attend business meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required. Execute ad-hoc projects, campaigns, or initiatives as directed by the commercial management team. Comply with timelines for Workday activities, training, and vacation tracking in Dayforce. Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight stays).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills
  • Experience delivering professional product training in-person and virtually
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
  • Mechanical aptitude required
  • Successful applicants must reside in region
  • Valid U.S. Driver License is required
  • High emotional intelligence; able to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving business objectives
