About The Position

We are partnering with a growing, Dallas-based manufacturer in the kitchen ventilation and appliance space to identify a high-impact Regional Sales Representative . This organization designs and distributes custom range hoods nationwide and is expanding its sales footprint across the Midwest. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a territory-based environment, enjoys building long-term dealer partnerships, and can effectively manage the full sales lifecycle from quote to order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, territory management, or account management
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Experience managing quotes, orders, and customer communications in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in order processing and pricing accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within Missouri and Kansas as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by managing and expanding dealer relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing product knowledge, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, from initial quote through purchase order entry and fulfillment
  • Respond promptly to dealer and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Generate and follow up on quotes, converting opportunities into confirmed purchase orders
  • Provide solutions for custom orders and unique project requirements
  • Verify product availability, pricing accuracy, and shipping timelines
  • Increase revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and recommending complementary products
  • Review dealer purchasing history to drive repeat business and larger order volume
  • Process and expedite orders, coordinating closely with internal teams and leadership
  • Manage returns and vendor-related issues accurately and efficiently
  • Enter and validate purchase orders within the NAV system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, and quantities
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding daily activity, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
