About The Position

Ferraro Foods of NYN, Casa Imports, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory of Utica and Surrounding Area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
• BA or BS in marketing or related disciplines and/or five years of job related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a results -oriented approach- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds .
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Provide knowledge of products
