Cacique is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for it's Midwest region. The RSM will be instrumental in driving the company's ambitious goal to double business growth and establish our portfolio as the preferred Mexican Food ingredients for mainstream consumers. This role demands a high-energy leader who is passionate about sales growth, customer service, and market expansion. The RSM will be responsible for managing all aspects of business within the Midwest region, including Grocery Retailers, Distributors, and Wholesalers. Key responsibilities include achieving sales fundamentals, managing P/L, forecasting, pricing, analytics, trade management, and ensuring retail execution aligns with company goals. All priorities are centered on delivering accelerated growth across all retailers.
