We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that shape the future of energy and chemical solutions.

Requirements

  • Technical sales and marketing management experience.
  • Understanding of process industries, including mass transfer and fluid separation technologies.
  • Familiarity with cost estimating, pricing practices, and international project coordination.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to manage complex customer and market situations independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience selling mass transfer (process) technology.
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales/sales management role (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% (domestic and occasional international).
  • U.S. Passport required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales programs for process industries (Oil & Gas Refining, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical, Energy, etc.) aligned with strategic goals.
  • Set industry sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  • Recommend policies and programs related to product lines, pricing, margins, and new product development.
  • Lead initiatives for sales training and education to strengthen internal and external teams.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and communicate key developments to leadership.
  • Collaborate on advertising and promotional programs to ensure successful market launches.
  • Travel to customer sites to support field sales and build strong client relationships.
