We deliver sales, rentals, parts, and service through modern shops, large parts inventories, and a people-first culture.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales success meeting or exceeding quotas; capital equipment/heavy, construction, or rental experience preferred.
  • Strong sales leadership: coaching, ride-alongs, deal strategy, and accountability.
  • Customer presence: excellent negotiator, communicator, and relationship builder.
  • Equipment fluency: able to demo working features and match spec to job need.
  • Tech savvy: CDK/CRM (Prospect Board), Microsoft Office/Excel, internet tools.
  • Field-ready: valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR; flexible for travel and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the number: Deliver regional revenue, unit, margin, and market-share goals; forecast with accuracy.
  • Coach the team: Set clear standards, ride along, develop reps with individual growth plans, and hold consistent 1:1s.
  • Run the process: Drive a consistent sales process (prospecting → discovery → solutioning → close → handoff), with tight CRM hygiene
  • Pipeline discipline: Review pipeline weekly; improve win rate, cycle time, and price integrity.
  • Cross-functional wins: Partner with Parts & Service to lift customer satisfaction and lifetime value; align with Marketing on wholegoods campaigns.
  • Inventory strategy: Provide input on new & used mix, aging actions, and remarketing plans.
  • Customer leadership: Join key calls, resolve escalations with tact.
  • Culture & compliance: Model ethical selling, confidentiality, safety mindset, and professional appearance.
