This role is for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Manager who will oversee a team of Sales Account Managers. The primary focus is to lead and mentor the CounselLink Account Management Team, ensuring effective client retention, capitalizing on upselling opportunities, and aligning internal and external partners to support client needs. The Sales Team Manager will also be responsible for pipeline development and forecast accuracy.
