About The Position

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding SleepQuest’s presence throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions. You’ll leverage your healthcare sales experience to build strong provider relationships, drive growth, and consistently achieve quarterly sales goals—while helping more patients receive life-changing sleep care.

Requirements

  • A self-starter with strong initiative, drive, and accountability for achieving territory goals
  • A passion for helping patients and a strong ability to learn and adapt
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare industry experience required, with exposure to service delivery, payors, and suppliers preferred
  • Experience working with Managed Care, MSOs, IPAs, and Medical Groups in Northern California strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in a quota-driven environment with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Must reside in or near San Francisco or the East Bay, centrally located within the assigned territory

  • Experience with sleep apnea or durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth
  • Grow and manage a strong customer base within your assigned territory
  • Use consultative selling to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Accurately document activity and outcomes in our CRM to track performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and clinical value of SleepQuest solutions using research-backed materials
  • Manage a monthly promotional budget and submit timely expense reports
  • Build Meaningful Relationships
  • Serve as a trusted partner to physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, medical centers, and value-based payors
  • Build credibility and trust in a compliance-driven healthcare environment
  • Identify key influencers and strategically plan daily routes to maximize impact with top target accounts
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and the SleepQuest value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Marketing and Patient Care—to deliver an exceptional, patient-centered experience
  • Develop Expertise in Sleep Apnea Care
  • Stay current on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), treatment options, and healthcare trends
  • Confidently discuss the health benefits, risks, and comorbidities associated with untreated sleep apnea
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
