BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks. The Sales Department within BYD Europe is responsible for Go-to-market strategy, quality sales network development, service coverage, product introduction, as well as dealer management in Europe for BYD passenger car business, with the aim to build strong network to bring ultimate value and satisfaction to our customers. Overall objectives to be achieved: Support the dealers under your responsibility to achieve the agreed sales volume Implementation of the BYD S&M strategy in your territory Ensure dealer are compliant with the sales standards set for the region Report situation in your territory to the Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Automotive background
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales
  • English fluent + local language
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, open-minded personality
  • Strongly business & result orientation
  • MS Excel on advanced level

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for sales performance of the dedicated region
  • Set agreed sales targets/mix and monitor achievement
  • Dealer plan execution together with the dealer
  • Put together action plan with the dealers, to maximize their business
  • Identify low performing dealers and support them improving their performance
  • Ensure consistency of commercial activities between dealers in the territory
  • Set an agree on media spending plan in line with the BYD Polska standard and control spending
  • Present and explain the commercial strategy (campaigns, special versions, communication strategy, etc.) decided by the BYD Polska
  • Coordinate the sales force plus sales management at the dealer
  • Feedback from the competitor’s commercial activities in his territory
  • Report on a regular basis both quantitative and qualitative data about the dealer activities and local market evolution
  • Monitoring DLRs basic KPIs as a wholesale/retail/registration/stock etc and developing
  • Coordinate new product launch in the territory
  • Monitor and report stock level and ensure compliance with BYD Polska standards (volume, age, model mix)
  • Develop and implement countermeasures in coordination with the dealer (processed by the dealer) to keep dealer stock level compliant to BYD Polska standard
  • Ensure dealers are compliant with the demo/courtesy car program set by the BYD Polska (volume, model mix, presentation of visual identity)
  • In coordination with Key Account Manager ensure dealer with knowledge and use of Fleet Sales regulations with the use of commercial support from BYD Polska
  • In coordination with Regional AS Representative ensure that each dealer has the right level of courtesy cars
  • In coordination with Training Team ensure the right training plan for dealer staff (sales)
  • In coordination with DND department ensure profitability monitoring / KPI assessment/recovery plan implementation
