About The Position

Esteves Group USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South, Southeast, Southwest, and Western regions of North America. The product key size and territory are still to be determined. The ideal candidate would be located in the Carolinas, Georgia, or Alabama. The person will independently oversee the sales territory and be part of a commercial team of five people, contributing to the ambition to grow the US business. The position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience and a strong technical affinity or technical background and sales experience.
  • Strong technical foundation in the drawing die industry.
  • Advanced commercial techniques and do not follow traditional sales approaches.
  • Outside sales trips will be required 30%-50% of the time and will be taken by either car or airplane.
  • Have a commercial degree with a strong technical affinity, ideally out of the wire drawing industry. Or have a technical background affinity, ideally out of the wire drawing industry, with commercial skills and experience.
  • Prefer a Minimum of three years of B2B sales experience, especially in the wire drawing or production industry.
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Self-starter, hardworking, and ready to travel.
  • Interested in being part of an international group.
  • Dynamic, positive, and fun to work with while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Organized and a multi-tasker.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing large accounts.
  • Effective communication in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term customer and territory development.
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools, including Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the assigned sales territory.
  • Visit customer plants and engage with operations and production teams.
  • Provide technical support and help identify the right products.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies, including key account management and long-term agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
