The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead, inspire, and develop a team of Sales Representatives (individual contributors) within a market, executing the strategies to retain and expand our existing local customer relationships. Additionally, the RSM will have responsibility for pursuing new local customer relationships, including creating a business plan to ensure resources are allocated to maximize opportunities across the market. The position will have oversight for financial sales performance, and ultimately deliver on assigned revenue growth and gross margin objectives. This role is critical in implementing strategic initiatives and is accountable for ensuring a customer-first culture across the market based of service excellence, compliance, and safety. The key to success in this role is to attract, retain and grow local customers.
