About The Position

The RSM is responsible for driving growth and achieving sales objectives for Life Extension’s wholesale business – including retail, prescriber, and e-commerce channels - within the assigned region. This role focuses on managing and expanding sales within all existing wholesale accounts, developing new business opportunities, consistently exceeding regional sales targets. The RSM also provides product training and marketing support to customers, ensuring the successful promotion and differentiation of the Life Extension brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales and account management experience within the nutraceutical industry
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively by car within the assigned region – minimum 4 days per week
  • Willingness to travel by air as required for trade shows and relevant meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the retail vitamin, supplement or health food store is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and expand sales opportunities with existing and prospective wholesale accounts to grow the LE brand throughout the assigned region
  • Establish competitive pricing strategies and implement effective discount structures tailored to each wholesale account
  • Deliver proactive management, including timely product training, marketing collateral distribution, and advertising support to all assigned accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Conduct the required number of in-person sales visits to wholesale accounts each month to strengthen relationships and drive sales performance
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of LE products, including competitive differentiation with the industry
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the LE brand and product portfolio
  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to management and relevant internal teams concerning customer needs, industry trends, and marketplace developments
  • Regular participate in company meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required
  • Identify, recommend, and participate in relevant local, regional or national trade shows as an exhibitor to maximize market exposure
  • Prepare and submit annual advertising, marketing, and promotional budget proposals for key regional accounts
  • Manage and monitor regional expenses, ensuring adherence to assigned budgets
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and demonstrate ability to safely operate a vehicle is an essential function of this position
