About The Position

Decisis is a trusted legal research resource provided through bar associations. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, retention, and expansion across Decisis bar association partnerships while strengthening relationships within the legal community. This role is well suited for a relationship‑driven sales professional who can grow established partnerships, expand participation, and create new opportunities through trusted association relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, legal technology, associations, or professional services
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with experience engaging senior‑level decision makers
  • Demonstrated success growing and retaining accounts in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience driving pipeline and generating leads
  • Highly motivated, self‑directed, and comfortable operating with ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth and retention across assigned Decisis bar association partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bar association executives, leadership teams, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Decisis within existing partnerships and through new bar associations
  • Drive lead generation efforts that contribute to overall business growth
  • Represent Decisis at bar association events, conferences, and meetings
  • Manage pipeline activity with a focus on renewals, expansion, and long‑term value
  • Ensure a high‑quality customer experience that reinforces Decisis as a valued member benefit
