About this role: BarSplice Products Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest United States to help drive the next phase of our growth. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for a proven B2B sales professional who understands the construction and manufacturing industries and wants to build something meaningful. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and becoming a trusted partner to customers across the Southwest territory. With a strong internal customer service and engineering team behind you, you can focus on what you do best — selling, consulting, and growing relationships.
