Zero Motorcycles is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our brand throughout the Southwest US. We love motorcycles and motorcyclists of all types! If you’re a rider and motorcycle enthusiast who appreciates not just where our industry has been, but also where it’s going, keep reading. This is a highly visible sales support and dealer development position that requires extensive travel (we’ll provide you with a van filled with demo motorcycles and accessories to hit the road). At certain times of the year, you will travel up to three or four nights per week with occasional weekend travel for events. You’ll need a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement—and a good driving record. You will be the primary point of contact between Zero Motorcycles and dealerships in your assigned region so it’s important that you know your way around a powersports dealership, have a thorough understanding of sales processes, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Prior experience working in the powersports industry and/ or a dealership is strongly preferred and would be a significant advantage. Absent that experience, you would have to make a very compelling case for why you should be considered. You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Dealer Development, Customer Experience, and Dealer Marketing to accomplish your region’s objectives. It’s a big job. Fundamental to your success will be expertise with all things Zero Motorcycles (we will train you), powersports industry knowledge and insight, and a proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
