Requirements

Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, packaging, or B2B distribution environments
Experience managing multi-state or regional sales teams
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Confidence negotiating and closing complex opportunities
A college degree or equivalent experience — we value results over credentials

Responsibilities

Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of outside sales representatives
Owns forecasting, pipeline health, and regional performance metrics
Builds strong relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects
Is comfortable managing a dense, multi‑state Midwest territory with frequent travel
Collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Brings a disciplined, positive, and results-driven leadership style
