About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with trade partners and dealers in the assigned region. This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting or exceeding revenue and market share goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for luxury furniture and a proven track record in regional sales management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in the luxury or furniture industry.
  • Proven success in managing dealer networks, trade relationships, and B2B accounts.
  • Experience in managing and developing outside sales representatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting software
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the region.
  • Lead sales efforts across dealer networks, trade partners, and direct B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet both customer needs and company profitability goals.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Gloster Furniture as the face of the brand in the assigned region, ensuring brand integrity and visibility.
  • Actively promote Gloster’s values, craftsmanship, and product excellence to dealers, trade professionals, and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand initiatives and campaigns effectively in the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of internal studio teams, ensuring they meet individual and regional targets.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of outside sales representatives within the region.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and development to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent Gloster at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
