This position is an individual contributor responsible for leading and managing Valmont’s independent sales representatives (agents) within the DOT, Municipal and Utility market segments. Accountable for the achievement of territory revenue goals by sales representative/agent, product, and customer. Leads the development and promotion of knowledge, acceptance, and use of company products by users and purchasers. Responsible for building and maintaining key internal and external relationships. Establishes account strategy for internal team and external sales representative organizations and keeps all levels informed on key issues and opportunities. This role has regional responsibilities for the Western United States. This position’s primary location must be located in Valley/Omaha, Nebraska or within the Western U.S.
