Requirements

  • Proven success selling and closing large, complex B2B staffing accounts
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Ability to coach others to sell independently
  • Comfortable competing on price while selling value
  • Experience applying situational leadership or equivalent coaching frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales & growth
  • Drive volume-based growth and new business acquisition
  • Personally lead and close large, complex sales opportunities as needed
  • Expand penetration within key regional and enterprise accounts
  • Compete effectively on price while protecting service and execution standards
  • Sales Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop BDMs using situational leadership principles
  • Conduct structured weekly 1:1s and pipeline inspections
  • Hold BDMs accountable to activity, funnel, and conversion standards
  • Build a strong, competitive sales team culture
  • Execution & Accountability
  • Enforce Elwood's defined sales process and funnel stages
  • Drive consistent CRM and Sales Dashboard usage
  • Lead market-level growth initiatives and sales campaigns
  • Develop future sales leaders within the organization
