Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving regional business goals by expanding sales through new and existing customers within an assigned territory. To thrive in this role the RSM will leverage their industry, distributor and customer knowledge within the territory to implement innovative and progressive strategies to yield new business opportunities. The RSM will be responsible for expanding our customer’s understanding of Solve’s portfolio of products by leveraging and developing our independent manufacturer sales representative’s relationships, as well as flexing their product knowledge through their own sales efforts. This position is fully remote, and can sit anywhere in: NC, SC, TN, FL, GA, AL or MS States
