Steiner Industries, a Bunzl North America Company, was founded in 1975 and is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of welding and industrial protective products in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. Steiner supplies its safety products to over 1,000 distributors across the Welding and Industrial Distribution Channels. The Regional Sales Manager is a critical component to the success of the North American Sales Team and will report to the Director of Sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across an assigned territory by leading, coaching, and supporting a sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage key customer and distributor relationships, forecast performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be located within the Chicago Area and will be responsible for the sales territory for the Central and Eastern portions of the US.
