About The Position

As the Regional Sales Manager you are a key leader of Erie Home and will lead all aspects of the sales division within your assigned geographic region. You will be responsible for building high-performing teams to execute sales plans and deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers. This individual must have a strong blend of leadership, strategic and analytical thinking and a high competence in training and developing sales reps and leaders. You will build and maintain a best-in-class culture in your region to consistently achieve defined metrics and exceed sales quota. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: home services sales, multiple field location sales, a senior level position with sales management.
  • Consistent track record of performance and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in developing high performing sales reps and leaders, with a strong ability to motivate and coach to produce next level development and results.
  • High regard to be personably accountable, as well as ability to hold others accountable.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret and make actional strategies from data.
  • Outstanding communicator with exceptional people-to-people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills and outstanding grammar, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, teach and develop others through training.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to achieve objectives.
  • Proficient in all internal CRM systems including Sales Force, and MS Office.
  • Must be willing to relocate or currently reside in the Mid-Central region: IL, IN, KY, MO.
  • Must be willing and able to travel. Multiple visits to offices per week, with overnight travel 30-50% depending on region.

Responsibilities

  • A Sales Leader: You will be accountable to achieve team and budgeted sales quotas through execution of selling fundamentals.
  • Leadership development. Develop high performing sales managers and bench strength in your assigned offices. Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, lending, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • In market leadership. You will reside and work out a major office with your assigned region and visit an average of two to three offices per week. Lead by example by running a minimum of two appointments a month with reps, including in-field observation of any potential candidates for promotion to leadership roles. between sales and field marketing where offices have field marketing.
  • Marketing: Work closely with marketing to maximize efficiency of marketing spend and funnel efficiency.
  • Roster Management: Partner with recruiting to maintain defined manpower quota. Partner with Field Marketing to build a strong partnership
  • A Motivational Coach: You will inspire teams to new levels by providing coaching, mentoring, and development. You remain focused on outcomes.
