About The Position

Techo-Bloc is looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our regional sales team. If you thrive in the building materials industry, understand the hardscape market, and know how to drive revenue while coaching a high-performing team, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership with 5+ years managing regional teams, preferably in hardscape, construction, or building materials.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network within the hardscape or building materials market.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Inspiring leader with excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to support your team and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales reps to exceed targets.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop strategies to expand market share, build relationships, and boost revenue.
  • Build Partnerships: Work closely with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors to position Techo-Bloc as the go-to choice.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Stay ahead of industry trends, track performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
