This role involves directing sales activities for an assigned geographic area by implementing company strategy. The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales and directly report to a team of outside sellers, impacting customer base, driving revenue, and focusing on customer development and retention. The goal is to increase the productivity of the sales team.
