About The Position

Our client, Incisive Dental Network, is growing again! Incisve is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming how dental practices adopt and scale digital restorative workflows. Through our ecosystem, we remove financial and operational friction for dentists while aligning incentives across labs, distributors, and manufacturers. We are early, capital-efficient, and scaling quickly. The next phase of our growth is driven by building a high-performance sales team to bring our platform to practices across the U.S. We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow our West Coast territory. This is a true hunter role responsible for building pipeline, developing relationships, and closing new business. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with leadership to shape how we scale go-to-market. This role is ideal for someone with a dental sales background who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a meaningful role in building a category-defining company.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in dental sales (implants, labs, scanners, or dental technology preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a field-based sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence clinicians and decision-makers
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel regularly along the West Coast
  • Positive, competitive mindset with a strong drive to win

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling scanners, lab services, or digital dentistry solutions
  • Existing relationships with dental practices or DSOs

Responsibilities

  • Own the West Coast territory and drive new business across dental practices and DSOs
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts through a combination of outbound efforts, partner referrals, and in-market activity
  • Run both virtual and in-person meetings, demos, and presentations with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and the ROI of adopting Incisive’s platform
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners, including labs, distributors, and manufacturers to generate pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close and initial handoff
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong early customer experience
  • Track pipeline, activity, and performance in CRM

Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 with uncapped commission and strong earning potential (OTE of $150,000)
