The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading the company’s sales and leasing strategy for an assigned portfolio of properties. The RSM oversees sales and marketing initiatives, supports sales recovery of focus assets, and ensures that all policies related to branding, leasing, and marketing are executed in accordance with company standards and procedures. This role focuses on property leasing performance and marketing strategy within student housing and multifamily assets, rather than traditional product or B2B sales. The RSM partners directly with members of the sales and marketing team and operations leaders to stabilize focus assets, improve leasing outcomes, and develop strategic plans to achieve budgeted occupancy and rent goals. This role also ensures consistency across the portfolio by implementing best practices and performance standards across markets.
