The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling HealthEquity's core products within a defined region. Responsibilities include prospect identification, pipeline development, and closing contracts for distribution to HealthEquity partners and direct employers (primarily small groups of 0-250 US employees). The role also involves sales presentations, conference/training participation, and relationship building with brokers, partners, and employers in the assigned region. HealthEquity has a vision that by 2030 we will make HSAs as wide-spread and popular as retirement accounts.
