Regional Sales Manager HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions company to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in California. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in the fleet transportation industry. With a presence across North America, their team sources business through end-users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000. The company has been recognized for its outstanding financial performance and growth, maintaining stability and success through all economic cycles since its founding. They have multiple regional offices and offer a strong culture focused on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and equipping their sales team with the tools and training needed to succeed. The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Commercial Finance experience within the transportation industry is a must. Experience selling trucks and or trailers is a plus.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales within equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Self-motivated and driven to expand a sales territory and build a strong book of business.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities at both the end-user and dealer levels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
  • CRM & Sales Tracking: Leverage the company's CRM system to manage leads, track sales activity, and implement targeted marketing strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Deal Execution: Facilitate customer applications, oversee transaction closings, and manage various responsibilities within the assigned territory.
