The RSM leads the regional team in qualifying and developing relationships with both current and prospective wholesale customers across various business channels. This position demands strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and business acumen, along with a comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage industry. A passion for coffee and tea is preferred.
