About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets. This role involves locating, evaluating, and recruiting potential channel partners, including systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, dealers, or retailers. The manager supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities fall within the Channel Sales Function, either as a generalist or a combination of disciplines. The manager is accountable for the performance of a small team of professional associates or supervisors of business support/operation roles, with decisions guided by policies, resources, and the business plan, receiving moderate guidance from a manager. This role involves managing a generally homogeneous team, adapting plans, and setting priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges, as well as setting employee objectives, conducting performance reviews, and making pay recommendations. Decisis is a trusted legal research resource provided through bar associations. This position seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, retention, and expansion across Decisis bar association partnerships while strengthening relationships within the legal community. It is suited for a relationship-driven sales professional capable of growing established partnerships, expanding participation, and creating new opportunities through trusted association relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, legal technology, associations, or professional services
  • Strong relationship building skills with experience engaging senior level decision makers
  • Demonstrated success growing and retaining accounts in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience driving pipeline and generating leads
  • Highly motivated, self directed, and comfortable operating with ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth and retention across assigned Decisis bar association partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bar association executives, leadership teams, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Decisis within existing partnerships and through new bar associations
  • Drive lead generation efforts that contribute to overall business growth
  • Represent Decisis at bar association events, conferences, and meetings
  • Manage pipeline activity with a focus on renewals, expansion, and long term value
  • Ensure a high quality customer experience that reinforces Decisis as a valued member benefit
