About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and strategic expansion in a dynamic, high-growth environment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies within a designated territory, targeting strategic prospects and existing customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and long-term business growth. The role emphasizes complex enterprise sales, executive engagement, and solution selling in a fast-paced, innovative market. Ideal candidates are motivated, highly strategic, and skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. This is a remote role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing flexibility while engaging with high-value enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, preferably selling security or software solutions
  • Proven track record of new business development and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling complex enterprise solutions in fast-growing and evolving environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence “C” suite stakeholders
  • Proficiency in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales methodologies
  • Hunter mentality with solid sales DNA, familiarity with CoM, Challenger, and MEDDICC frameworks
  • Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to drive new business and expand existing accounts
  • Land, adopt, and deepen strategic sales opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners
  • Orchestrate complex deals across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success and maximize account growth
  • Communicate market insights and feedback to inform product, marketing, and strategy initiatives
