The Region Sales Manager will be responsible for building profitable sales for the assigned region. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with assigned accounts using a consultative selling approach. Identifies, develops and establishes sales and profit opportunities aligned with CHG manufacturing facilities. This position is also responsible for managing all aspects of the business including trade fund negotiations & management, management of brokers and sales personnel, developing customer relations, representing the company at various food and trade shows and submitting reports of results to supervisors. You will be expected to call on and develop relationships with key operators while also working with our partner distributors. Location: Remote home office; must reside in the Dallas, TX area and be within a reasonable commuting distance of a major airport.
