Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing an assigned territory or roster of accounts to drive market share and contract revenue to meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue goals.
  • Professionally and expeditiously respond to RFPs in their entirety to win the business for Caesars Entertainment.
  • Thoroughly qualify leads to complete a business review form outlining the rates/dates/space and revenue metrics for each booking and put through the business review process for approval.
  • Effectively contract business with a focus on appropriate terms and conditions that minimize risk financially and legally to Caesars Entertainment. Utilize internal audit function to ensure accurate and timely contracting.
  • Accurately document sales activities in SalesForce including account, contact and booking data as well as sales activities and conversations that support documenting. Sales calls, entertainment, client calls. Responsible for following standards as it relates to data integrity and ensuring no duplication or inaccurate data.
  • Utilize national, regional and local business journals, media sources, readerboards, past booking data and more to uncover new and prospective business opportunities.
  • Attend, join and engage in industry associations and organizations to further develop new and prospective customers and increase overall personal network and development.
  • Participate in and attend client site inspections and customer events in assigned markets or properties when warranted.
  • Participate in and attend team calls and meetings.
