About the team: As part of our ClearanceJobs New Business Team, you will lead a team of New Business Account Executives by helping strategically earn new business logos by selling through the full sales cycle. You will help them lean into tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, GovWinIQ, and more. About the role: As a Regional Sales Manager – ClearanceJobs New Business, you’ll successfully lead a team of New Business Account Executives to attain and exceed quota and drive new business revenue. The goal is for you to be part of double-digit revenue growth for our next fiscal year and beyond. You will help ClearanceJobs drive new clients and provide benefits to the candidate community by offering new roles that may only be available in the ClearanceJobs marketplace. You will support and lead your team, including in office time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. What will happen once hired you will be: Building a culture of inclusion and high performance against expected KPI's Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by leadership Creating strategy to drive and expand accounts through expansion and non-core product sales Leading and coaching the team to follow a consultative sales methodology, position all our products and services to help current clients & inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals Assisting in onboarding and training new account executives Assisting in evaluating employee performance Participating in company sponsored leadership training programs and have weekly one-on-ones with the RVP Sales to identify areas of personal leadership development and training Identifying individual and team training needs and develop individualized training plans Participating in and contributing to team strategy and leadership meetings Assisting in accurately forecasting expected monthly, quarterly and annual sales results As you progress in this role you will: Proactively driving AE development, ensuring the rep is growing their skills in pipeline generation, discovery, DEMO, objection handling, and closing strategies Optimize our sales process and strategy by partnering with myself, Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations resources You will take on more responsibility and become more self-confident and sufficient on forecast accuracy

Requirements

  • Extensive, successful new business sales experience
  • Experience selling to the Federal government space (agencies, military, defense) is highly desirable
  • SaaS sales experience
