Community Concierge Services is one of the fastest-growing valet trash and facility services companies in the country. We service over 600 multifamily communities nightly across 15 states and thousands across our suite of services yearly. We are founder-led, nationally positioned, and continuing to expand. We partner with apartment owners and property management companies to provide valet trash, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning, and bulk item services. Our sales team wins business locally and expands accounts regionally and nationally. We are hiring a Regional Sales Executive to build new business in a defined territory. This is outside B2B sales. This is field-based prospecting. This is new account development in the multifamily industry. You will be in the market daily - visiting apartment communities, building relationships with property managers and regional managers, attending apartment association events, and turning single-property wins into long-term portfolio partnerships. You should expect to visit 50+ communities per week. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable asking for business face-to-face. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary with first-year earnings typically between $90,000 and $130,000+. Commissions are uncapped. Top performers exceed $150,000 annually. Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, expense account, healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience. Multifamily or apartment industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is helpful. Most importantly, you must be organized, consistent with follow-up, and willing to be in the field every day. This is not a desk job. There are no inbound leads waiting for you. You will build your market through relationships, visibility, and persistence. You are not selling a one-time product. You are selling recurring services that create long-term revenue and portfolio-wide expansion opportunities. Many of our largest partnerships started as a single property.
