The Colorado/New Mexico Regional Sales Executive (RSE) will lead The Hartford’s Small Business sales strategy to grow our industry-leading market share across both states. Based in Denver, this role drives success by leading a high-performing sales team and building enduring trading relationships with a diverse range of distribution partners and models. The RSE will set territory priorities, foster a collaborative team culture that encourages open dialogue, and actively involve staff in key decisions and planning initiatives. At its core, The RSE develops future-ready talent and advances the strategic partnerships with our premier trading partners across the Region. This position reports directly to the VP, Central Division Sales Executive.
