Regional Sales Enablement Manager – North America Job Summary The Regional Sales Enablement Manager – North America drives the success of sales and sales engineering teams by delivering and reinforcing global enablement programs. Partnering with leadership across regions, this role localizes initiatives, promotes adoption of sales methodologies, and provides data-driven insights to enhance performance and alignment. It requires strong collaboration, facilitation, and analytical skills to advance sales effectiveness and ensure global consistency of enablement impact. About the Team The GTM Enablement team develops and manages training and enablement programs that align with Rapid7’s strategies and market approach. From onboarding to ongoing education, the team equips our customer-facing functions and partners with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver impact across the full customer lifecycle. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Enablement, located in our Boston, MA headquarters, you’ll partner closely with the North America Sales and Sales Engineering leadership team and collaborate with regional peers in EMEA and APJ to maintain consistency and alignment globally. Your focus will be on reinforcing sales and sales engineering skill development initiatives, ensuring execution and adoption of global programs. You’ll act as the voice of North America sellers, championing enablement adoption and surfacing insights that guide the evolution of global programs. Specifically, you will:
