The Regional Sales Director is accountable for full regional commercial performance, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy while driving market growth, margin improvement, and channel excellence. This role leads the region’s commercial operating model, strengthens Builder/Partner networks, and acts as the executive sponsor for major pursuits. As a senior leader, the RSD leads a high‑performance sales team, builds organizational capability, champions change initiatives, and serves as the regional face and steward of BlueScope Buildings and the Butler/Varco Pruden brand, ensuring a strong and consistent presence in the market.
