As a Regional Sales Director, you will guide our regional strategy and ensure we meet our goals. Your primary responsibilities will include: Sales and Profitability Lead the region to achieve sales and profit targets. Oversee all field sales and service activities, including account management and new business development. Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively. Team Leadership Manage and develop Regional Sales Managers and Technical Sales and Service Representatives. Conduct performance reviews and set clear annual objectives for your team. Drive the execution of company-wide goals and policies. Marketing and Reporting Contribute to key sales and marketing programs, including creating and delivering presentations. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, team performance, and market competition. Industry Engagement Represent FinishWorks professionally at trade shows and industry events. Network with key organizations like the KCMA. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry. Professional training in sales or sales management. Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent organizational and people skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficient in verbal and written communication. Comfortable using computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
