The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction within their assigned territory. This role will lead a team of field sales representatives, manage key accounts, and execute strategic plans to grow Bellami’s presence across both professional and retail channels. This role supports our South Midwest territory (Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Minnesota) and requires regular travel across the region. To optimize accessibility and travel efficiency, we are prioritizing candidates located in or near the following major hub cities: Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Oklahoma City, Tulsa. Candidates based in other major metropolitan areas within the territory may also be considered if they have convenient access to a major airport and are able to meet travel expectations.
