About The Position

Senior regional leadership role responsible for driving cardiovascular/CRM sales performance across a high-visibility Northeast territory. This is a true people-leadership role (not player/coach) with full ownership of regional strategy, execution, forecasting, and talent development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in cardiovascular sales with current people-leadership experience
  • Strong cardiology background; CRM experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record developing high-performing teams in complex markets
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of ~8–10 sales representatives across NY, PA, NJ, Southern CT, and D.C.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, performance accountability, and regional planning
  • Coach for sales and clinical excellence; travel regularly with the team
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
