About The Position

In this critical role, you will lead the sales efforts in the Central US region, focusing on strategy implementation and revenue growth. You will manage a team of 10 Account Managers, ensuring they have the support to meet their goals. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our partner's mission to provide essential services to first responders across the region. This remote position allows for flexibility while staying connected to key cities within the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of sales management experience in EMS, medical industry or B2B sales.
  • At least five years of field sales experience with a proven sales record.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and influence.
  • Proficient in coaching and building a cohesive sales team.
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in planning and forecasting sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of strategies and tactics for the Regional Sales team to meet annual sales quotas.
  • Direct established sales processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales objectives in collaboration with leadership.
  • Monitor sales progress and make timely decisions to exceed plans.
  • Build relationships with key customers and suppliers to understand market needs.
  • Empower and develop team members through feedback and support.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools to drive revenue growth.
