About The Position

RLL® is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to join our growing team! This is a 100% new business sales role, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. If you are a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results, we want to meet you. While experience in the multifamily or insurance industries is highly valued, it is not required. What matters most is your ability to sell consultatively, think strategically, and connect with people. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; or proven sales experience
  • 3+ years of new business development and/or consultative sales experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance or multifamily sales a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales, cultivate key relationships, and grow RLL®’s presence
  • Sell directly to the appropriate key multifamily decision makers, including C-suite leaders
  • Cultivate insurance partner relationships to position RLL as a solution to their existing multifamily clients’ needs.
  • Travel to trade shows, customer visits, and other events to expand market reach
  • Obtain an insurance license shortly after onboarding (support provided)
