Coffee Distributing Co., the largest office coffee, snack, and refreshment provider in the NYC Tri‑State area, is hiring a Regional Sales Director focused on new business development. This is a high‑impact individual contributor role for a motivated professional who values ethics, transparency, and long‑term partnerships—while consistently achieving growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy territory pipeline across the NYC Tri‑State market
  • Develop and execute a thoughtful territory strategy that prioritizes client fit and sustainable growth
  • Lead consultative conversations with stakeholders to understand needs, budgets, and desired outcomes
  • Diagnose workplace hospitality challenges and present right‑sized coffee, snack, and refreshment solutions
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and transparent reporting
  • Partner with senior leadership to align on KPIs, revenue goals, and ethical selling standards
  • Nurture new relationships into trusted, long‑term partnerships
