The Regional Sales Director role is critical to leading a team that executes a truly differentiated set of commercial insights to local customers and prospects for the Protective portfolio across the North Central region (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and the Dakotas), with a strong preference for a leader based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul or Milwaukee area. Reporting into the Division Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Director will lead a team of sales individual contributors dedicated to a geographic territory to grow business and maintain current accounts across the assigned region. This individual will also be responsible for managing distributor relationships within their sales territory in addition to empowering and motivating their team to achieve required financial, operational and people development objectives.
